Keep your booking system

Plan4beauty is not a salon management system, and we are not asking you to switch to one.

What we do not do

We do not do appointments. We do not do your calendar, your till, your card machine, your stock, your rotas, your marketing emails or your client notes.

If you use Fresha, Phorest, Slick, Timely, Booksy, Square or a paper diary, keep using it. Those tools are good at what they do and switching costs you weeks you do not have.

What we do

Plan4beauty adds monthly plans alongside the booking system you already use

One job. We turn a treatment into a monthly plan, produce the agreement, collect the Direct Debit every month and pay you.

That is a job your booking system does not do. Most of them can take a card payment, and some can store a card for a future booking. None of them run a proper monthly plan with a signed agreement, Direct Debit collection, failure handling and payout statements.

How the two fit together

Consultation. In your usual system, as always.

Agree the treatment and the plan. In Plan4beauty. Build the plan, send it, the client signs and sets up the Direct Debit on their phone.

Book the appointments. In your usual system. Your calendar stays the single source of truth for your diary.

Collections and payouts. In Plan4beauty, automatically, every month, without you doing anything.

Deliver the treatment. Mark it delivered in Plan4beauty, which completes the record.

Two systems, each doing what it is good at. In day-to-day use you are in Plan4beauty when a plan starts and when it ends, and almost never in between.

Will I be entering things twice

For plans, no. A plan lives in one place.

For clients, a little at the start. When you put an existing client onto a plan you enter their details once. After that they are in both systems, and both are correct.

We are not going to pretend this is zero effort. It is a few minutes per client, once. What you get back is never chasing a payment again.

What about my card machine

Keep it. Direct Debit and cards do different jobs.

Cards are right for a single payment today. Direct Debit is right for a committed monthly amount over months: it is much less likely to fail across a long schedule, it does not expire or get reissued, and it costs less.

Integrations

We are building direct integrations with the booking systems our providers actually use. Tell us what you use when you apply — it genuinely shapes what we build next.
